Smoked Tuna Dip

stand mixer bowl (or large mixing bowl)
stand mixer (or hand mixer)
paddle attachment (or beater attachment)
Serving Suggestions (All Optional)
Add 1 5-ounce can chunk light tuna, 4 ounces cream cheese, ¼ cup mayonnaise, ½ teaspoon liquid smoke, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, and 2-3 dashes hot sauce to mixing bowl.
Mix ingredients together on medium speed until fully incorporated.
Taste mixture and add mayo, liquid smoke, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, lemon juice, and/or hot sauce as desired, mixing until added ingredients are fully incorporated.
Transfer prepared dip to serving bowl. Sprinkle paprika and/or chopped fresh chives over top of dip to garnish and serve with saltine crackers or crostini.
- Liquid Smoke: A little goes a long way, so be very careful not to add too much!
